I ordered an extremely overpriced unlimited cola for my food but the staff forgot to bring me glasses. I had to walk to the till and ask for a glasses. The food portion was microscopic. I ordered a full meal but on the way home I had to go the McDrive to get some food as I was more hungry than I was before I went to the Nando’s. I don’t recommend this place as it is very expensive and very small portions.
The amount of times my order has been wrong here is unacceptable. I believe its been on 4 consecutive occasions now. I did receive a £15 card as an apology which when I went to spend was an absolute nightmare. They said I can only use card along side the voucher. I always use cash and didn't have my card in the end it made it another dreadful experience. After years of visiting nando's iv decided I will never spend my money here again as enough is enough. The standards are just too low. ..they cant even deal with simple orders anymore. To the owners. You can pass all the messages you like onto the store it's clear it hasn't worked for the other bad reviews.
Friendly staff and usual Nandos quality. Halloumi sticks portion wasn't very big - not really sharing for 2 as described, and hardly grilled, and garlic bread was disappointing, but overall food was nice. Seemed a bit expensive for what we got, but I've thought that before at nandos. Great company though DF
Son’s celebration with family. Table cosey and v clean. Staff helpful, cheerful and professional especially Michelle who greeted and seated us! Food hot and tasty. Sauces bottles and utensils clean. Will definitely go again!!!!! Dietary restrictions: Nut allergy
The ordering from the website at your table was easy. The list on the website was in the same order as the menu. Food arrived quickly and hot. I liked to be able to choose exact what was wanted as apposed to what a main comes with. Really good would recommend.Food: 5/5
Visited Nando's Southport today, during a very busy service. Callum stood out for us as he didn't stop. Between taking table bookings, he was clearing, wiping and sorting tables. Such an excellent work ethos. As always, food was great too!Food: 4/5
Had Chicken here recently, the food was great and the members of staff were friendly and very helpful. One the better Nandos.Food: 5/5
We went for a mid afternoon lunch, the food was really good and the atmosphere nice as it wasn't too busy, The staff we had was new and did pit some wrong things on our order but when it arrived they were so nice and changed it very quickly and there were lots of apologise, everyone has to learn so wasn't a big deal.
Daughter took me there for dad/daughter time late father's day pressie my first Nados experience and certain ly won't be the last. Good meal, nice surroundings, in and outside shop.Food: 4/5
The food and the atmosphere are as expected. The pricing is a bit out there for 'upmarket' chain food. £8.25 for what is little more than a large slider for a burger and as for the "bottomless" Coke at £2.95. wow! Some of the staff seem a bit clueless and why do you have paper towels in the bathroom but no basket to put them?
