While the food is consistently delicious and the team always welcoming, there is one member of staff who truly elevates our experience every single time – Veronica.nnI have been enjoying Nando’s for over two decades, and visiting this branch since it first opened, more than six years ago. In all that time, Veronica has stood out as an exceptional professional whose warmth, attentiveness, and impeccable customer service skills make every visit memorable. She doesn’t just serve food – she creates an atmosphere where families like mine feel genuinely valued. My child, in particular, lights up when Veronica is the one looking after our table, which speaks volumes about the positive impact she has.nnThe restaurant itself is excellent: halal poultry is served with certification on display, there is ample parking, and the venue is fully accessible for wheelchair users both in the car park and inside the restaurant. The addition of Dr Pepper to the drinks menu has been a welcome touch, and the food is almost always spot on. Since the pandemic, the service has been seamless – I’ve never had to queue, and the team’s efficiency has been faultless.nnWhat makes this branch truly special, however, is the people. Staff like Veronica transform a good meal into an outstanding experience. She embodies the very best of what Nando’s represents – dedication, kindness, and professionalism. I recently ate at Nando’s and the food was excellent. The chicken was flavorful and cooked just right, and the sides were just as enjoyable. The small meal for kids was also a nice surprise — well-portioned and tasty, making it a great option for families. The only downside was that the restaurant could have been cleaner. The tables and floor needed more attention, which took away slightly from the overall experience. That said, if you’re going for the food, Nando’s definitely delivers
Nice place to go. Good atmosphere. Good service when you're in there. My only issue is that it can get really busy on evenings and weekends and you have to wait ages. That's not really something they can sort out though
We visited Nando’s recently and, as always, the food was tasty and full of flavour, you really can’t go wrong with their chicken, chips, and rice. However, it did take quite a while for our order to arrive, and when it finally did, the food was a little colder than expected.nnThe restaurant itself was very busy and felt a bit crowded, which made the dining experience slightly less relaxing. It also got quite messy around our table, though one of the staff members was really helpful in assisting with the clean-up, which was appreciated and showed great service.
Waited for quite a while at the beginning. It was very unorganised with staff having to tell customers where the line is to stand and wair for drinks etc. The wait for food wasnt very long and the food was very tasty as expected. The bathroom wasnt dirty and smelt decent. Overall i enjoyed the food more than anything else since thats what i go for but there are definetly areas to improve.
