We had an amazing time. Perfect spot for some family fun.
We had a kids birthday party here recently and it was great value and very easy! Bowling, dodgems, food, arcade tokens and party bags. All the kids left very happy and we were stress free. Well worth it, thank you Jodie for looking after us!
You need to update your payment security for online transactions. I have 3 credit cards with over £5000 on each and every one was denied for payment on your website because my card issuers says that it's your online payment security is poor.
Visited namco for a quick game of bowling and am presently surprised by how much there is to do here. Bowling arcades dodgems pool tables bars/ restaurant even an adult slot machine section. Top it all of its in a great location with easy parking. Great place to spend a couple of hours with or without kids.
Usually enjoy coming here but there's been a couple times where the machine has not produced tickets. I've told the employees who work there about this. Then some bloke who was absolutely miserable both times and arsey about it came to sort it. Not sure what his issue is but in a place where people come to have fun how about being nice?
You will find the Namco Funscape across from McDonald's inside the Metro Centre. My kids always enjoy a few hours in here, and I don't mind it too either! We usually play a few arcade games, a few games of air hockey, and enjoy crashing into everyone on the dodgems There's also 10 pin bowling here and a childs indoor play area that looks really good, but we haven't tried these yet You have your usual grab machines, which I still haven't won on yet multiple 2p machines, 10p machines, and pretty much a bit of everything. The arcade machines are £1 each, and there's a good selection. Air hockey is £1.50 and the dodgems £4 a car, or I should say, they were when we were here in Oct'23 It's definitely worth a visit with the kids whilst searching the shops for bargains
Food and drink are spot on but ordering on the app is pointless…. Watched the girl with long ginger hair stand and chat for ages before making my drink. When bringing it over she just slammed it down like I was an inconvenience. I’d rather go elsewhere
Really enjoyed. Spicy prices, The price per adult 16.50£ for 2 games . People leaving their food and drinks on the table , soo annoying The location is a big plus
My son love this soft play place in Metrocentre. He enjoyed every second of it. I will recommend this place for family gatherings as well as they offer a birthday party for kids and the price was reasonable too.
Great fun place! friendly, helpful team. machine changes quite regular, thus the chance of getting bored's reduced. Reasonable charges.
