couldn't recommend this place more for piercings, so sanitary and staff were lovely making me feel super comfortable. once the piercing was done I disliked the jewellery as I thought it looked too bulky on my face but she changed it free of charge and was lovely about it! Klee was very personable, and incredibly talented.  From the moment I walked in I was made to feel comfortable. Thought out the day checked in that I was doing ok and if I needed a break.  I can't wait to go back and get it finished, and really appreciated how I was treated, the talent and the professionalism on display from all the staff.  Edit: had it finished now and all the same as above was very thoughtful and is some of my favourite art on my body.

I had a walk in appointment with Klee yesterday for a tattoo, she drew up the design beautifully and was super kind, I got light headed and was very well looked after by all the staff and even got a lolly pop, it was a bit embarrassing but I felt cared for and not judged, I will definatly be going back for more  Stylist: She made my vision come to life

An absolutely 10/10 place to go and get your piercings done. They are super busy which is always a great sign so get booked in, the staff are the kindest people on the planet, super helpful when you are nervous, prices are great and the rooms are super sanitary. I have had my nose and ears done from here and will continue to come here for future piercings too!

Had my septum pierced by Laura-Jayne and I absolutely cannot fault the service. Laura-Jayne herself was super friendly and reassuring, talking me through everything with an infectious passion. My appointment was just a couple of minutes late because priority was given to making sure the space was sterile which I really appreciate. You can tell that they run a superb establishment. Super impressed and my absolute go to for any future piercings or advice. Thank you so much!

Great friendly atmosphere, love how the shop looks. Had my Septum & an industrial piercing done, the piercer was friendly and reassuring think her name was Annette. Couldnt fault my experience, would defo recommend Nala.
