I paid £26 for acrylic nails only to be given nails that as my friend said '"looked like I'd bought some and stuck them on myself". My nails are different lengths and they haven't even gone to the base of my nail with gel as they've left a space it looks as if I've had them done for a while not just hours ago. The staff made no conversation only to ask my choice of colour and length and shape. They weren't the most pleasant and my nail varnish looks streaky. You didn't even do anything to my cuticles so my nails look scruffy and need re-doing. Don't recommend and wouldn't pay £26 for these. I will be taking my custom to USA nails as at least they provide good customer care. I would like something to be done e.g a refund

Staff did not speak at all and were genuinely unpleasant only asked about colour and shape. Were roughy through out the treatment. Just seconds after leaving the shop I realised dents and bumps under the polish while there were white dots all over my nails which were very noticeable as I'd had grey Matt. Would not recommend. Not worth £28.
