Fabulous little salon. I have been visiting mail master for around 4 years now and I’ve aways left with lovely nails. And never had any problems with them, I am extremely heavy handed and have a tendency to sometimes break them. My own fault Micheal will always repair them free of charge and make them new again. Highly recommended for a visit.

I went to Nail Master and had shellac, they were lovely in there but my nails look like they need infills. The polish starts from like a quarter way up my nail and doesn't look like they have been done professionally at all they look badServicesService not listed
Came in today for white acrilics, charged £40, and only painted my nails white. I had previous ombré coloured acrilics, didn’t remove the nails and re do new ones, instead just painted, probably could of done this at home. Can still see the colours from before on every nail, way overpriced and poor quality nails. Will not be back.
I went to Nail Master Basingtoke after USA nails people did an awful job on my nails. They are a small family run business. The owner of the shop kindly fixed the nails. I am very happy with the end result. I will go back again. The place may not look as fancy as some of the nail salons near by. However the staff knows their job!
Always go to this salon to get my nails done and always have a lovely experience! I know the family who run the business but they talk to their clients and ensure that they feel welcome! Just had French nails done for my prom and I couldn’t be happier!
Never, never again!!! They make me to try the new SNS Nails powder system and I am more than disappointed. My nails look like I have cement on them, they are too hard and look unnatural. Moreover, within literally 2 days they are chipped and ruined from the top. I am not impressed by either the normal shellac, the same story-3 days after that my nails start to glaze over.
I love this place !!! And people that run it I went there once as a treat and I was so happy with results , I wouldn’t go anywhere else now . Amazing customer service. My nails look amazing and I always leave feeling happy . Highly recommendedServicesPedicure, Manicure
