Low score for service even though the guy was nice and friendly he clearly gave us the old sweets not fresh bought 2 big boxes most dried out.. the meat samosa full of 80% potato and bland chicken samosas filled with shredded chicken decent but if I return would definitely tell them to pick out the fresh batch of sweets

Ordered khoya 3 days ago and we got this dried milk instead. Kept calling them and they insisted its khoya.. been making khoya from blue top milk since years.

Ordered for my brothers 5th Birthday the cake came broken, was very loose from the base split in two. I brought it to back to the shop whilst the function was happening. Staff was no help and blamed it on me, the cake was clearly not fully set. It spoiled the whole function. Very upset. I also called twice for the complain procedure nothing has happened

Went to Bradford after a long time decided to buy some Mathai and Bakery products’ but it had changed to Nafees and all new staff and layout.nBought some Barfi and few other things as well as Samosa chat but guy serving had no idea what he was doing he warmed up and handed over after eating all 3 of us got ill with food poisoning’ diarrhoea’   He had served us with previous days leftovers samosa with old oily taste. Never  again will buy any thing from Nafees absolute rubbish.nVery disappointed

This is one of the best sweet shop chain in Bradford. They provide huge array of Indian sweets but just remember many of them contain eggs so check before you buy specially if you do not eat eggs.
