20 minutes late. Missing items. What was delivered was greasy and disgusting. I poured the nasty mess down the sink. the meat was lamb once but has since aged at least a year. I now feel physically sick

Terrible service. Used this place a lot but service has been getting worse and worse. The food is so greasy now and the quality of the meat has reduced significantly. I waited nearly two hours for my '45minute' delivery tonight only to have stuff missing from my order! Phoned to complain and they asked me to wait another 45 minutes for a replacement. Won't be using again.

1st time ordering from Nabila Spices and not disappointed one bit. We've tried many places which were medioca but the food from here had such lovely aromas and tasted lush. Would love to use again but are not in the delivery area. Although I did ring to find out if they would deliver and they did and in 30 mins!! Really enjoyed our meal. 4 happy family members! Thank you
