Waited for 1 hour and 30mins. And very rude service. The guy was rushing to do my nails and did not understand the meaning of refill.  He did not bother to file it more down and told me I'm not going to explain any further. Please do not visit this store as they very rude and don't understand basic customer service skills.Service:&nbsp;Acrylic nails

AWFUL! In short, My nails are Lumpy, an awful unflattering shape and different sizes. The pictures of my nails were taken a minute after having them done.  I had the worst experience here.The shop was empty when I went in, yet the man still took 2 hours to do my nails. I initially only needed infills but I liked a specific design that would look best on stilettos. The man insisted he could do this design so I decided to get a fresh set. As the shop got busier he started to rush. He painted my nails and started to do the requested design on a few nails. They looked awful and nothing like what I wanted to I asked him to stop and do one colour as he was clearly rushing. Once he had painted my nails he told me they were dry and I could go. As I went to get money out of my bag I realised they we not dry and some had be ruined in doing this. He then redid those nails and blamed me although he had told me my nails were dry. At this point it had been two hours and I was fed up. I was then told my nails are dry and I could go. As soon as I stepped outside the shop to have a look at my nails, they were again not dry! it was a rushed job towards the end and my nails were all different sizes, lumpy, had  Not dried properly and there were to many layers of polish. The bottoms layers of polish had not dried, only the top one. Went back into the shop which was now packed! and the man said I would have to wait 2 hours and then he would redo the colour for me however the unequal & lumpy nails would remain. Was also refused a refund.

The technician was very nice and polite, the lady that did my brows was very good.  Would recommend

I got waxed here years ago and absolutely hated it, service was awful.  Recently I decided to go back to get my nails done since my usual salon was incredibly busy. Henry did an excellent job. I've never been happier with my nails lol. I know this sounds like an exaggeration but he made sure the length and shape was perfect! Will definitely be getting my nails done from him from now on!Service:&nbsp;Manicure

I would visit this salon just for nails. Other services are rubbish. The owner lady of salon is evil hearted somewhat against every mom who has children. But surely nail.person is amazing does nails on good price.. Take care of his customers.

Made my eyebrows too thin and then tried manipulating me that they were fine… not cool

Thought to stop by yesterday for eyebrows. Noticed the place was re-done again 2nd time but was definitely not worth the money they spent. Normally you are asked what you need but they were so understaffed and busy. They hardly noticed anyone waiting and letting the person after you ahead. I left after waiting less than 5mins. Sorry won't come back again and since Nikki does not work there anymore, it's not worth going back.

Very unprofessional salon i have ever been to asked me to wait for 10mins but i had to wait for 47 mins just to get my brows done why lie if u are running late i stayed bcoz i had no option i had a party to attend in the evening also seeing other clients first with no appointment just walkins bcoz they were paying more for their treatment like waxing and all had a horrible experience but the lady who did my brows was 10 on 10 she was verg experienced.

Naaz is such a lovely salon. I’ve been going there for nearly 15 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! The aunty that owns the salon is so lovely and the girls are brilliant - the best at my waxing and threading. They treat you like family! My sisters, mum and friends go to Naaz too and we all love it.
