NSN came on Thursday and installed our new Zappi charger. Despite having to go through 2 thick granite walls and through 2 rooms floor spaces they managed to complete the install in 1 day. The installers were brilliant, they communicated well and did a tidy job. Fully reccomend
NSN provided an all-round great service, promptly and efficiently. From the communication, quote and installation I can't fault them. We had been let down by several other EV installers who didn't turn up to quote. NSN stepped in and we very quickly had a solution even adapted to suit the landlord and nothing was too difficult or too much trouble. My only quibble is it was expensive in comparison to previous experiences of EV installations. I would nevertheless use them again because of the high quality service and reliability.
survey visit was excellent, told me what I needed / choices / called on time - knew what they were talking about! appointment made and kept, engineer was great, polite and skillful young man - fitted when they said it would be fitted - all rubbish / dust cleaned up - talked me through the app, how to install / use etc! BRILLIANT SERVICE - would recommend always

Today, Owen, from NSN Electrical, came to carry out PAT testing on items in the apartment. He arrived at the time we had arranged and is a quiet, very pleasant, well-mannered and efficient young man. Highly recommended. Fitted an EV charger and updated Consumer Unit Agreed a date , arrived on time and very professional . Kept electrics downtime to a minimum, courteous and efficient.
Brilliant company. Highly recommended. I was self building and from the first contact NSN helped me with the design, making really helpful suggestions. Then they stuck with me through a long process as I did it bit by bit. Always turned up when they promised and sent great staff who did a brilliant job and were a pleasure to work with. Included installation and commissioning of an air source heat pump and solar panels as well as the full house electrics.
What an absolute dream this installation was. Great guy turned up to to complete the survey Joss really put us at ease and gave great advice. Installation went without a hitch and looks really great. Can’t remember the installers name but he was a pleasure to have working at our home. Simple straight forward payment process with Natalie too Would highly recommend.
We can't fault the service we get from NSN, they are helpful, polite and deal with any queries quickly and efficiently. We recently had a complete property rewire, wifi signal booster and EV charger installed. Absolutely no complaints, they are brilliant.
