This guy installed non compliant wireless smoke detectors at one of our properties and then gave stupid reasonings for doing so, such as who is going to check, he did that to avoid derecoration costs and he only installs wireless detectors because the property value goes down and so on. He is extremely slow with paperwork and rude when it comes to correcting his work. I would not hire him again, actually I didn't hire him the first time, our letting agent did. Avoid him like plague.
