Late but omg wonderful and seamless experience with this company. I couldn't ship internationally from vinteduk to the us and I just bought them for one month to ship ten shirts I wanted and they were packaged compactly and safely delivered! So simple to manage my received orders through their interface. Would highly recommend if you're in that bind of being on a site without international shipping options!
Great service! Had a situation in which Fedex because some customs isaue, returned the parcel to the my uk mailbox warehouse. Jon helped me out very well and sent the parcel again at no cost with another courier. I will be using their services again in the future!
First of all, the quality of their service has been consistent - most recently I used them in Jan 2024 and the last time I used them was Jan 2020. They have been very responsive with all questions and concerns I have Mr. Jon Ball is excellent. There is a small fee involved to consolidate if you have multiple packages but personally it is well worth it for the savings I am able to make by shopping the items I want from the UK as opposed in the US, even factoring the additional costs to forward the items back to the US.
Not a good experience at all quoted 65O pounds to ship small pallet worth 140.
Super easy service from MyUKMailbox. I got the alert that they received my package even before my shipping company let me know it was delivered. No surprise fees, and the shipping cost was very much inline with other items that we've had shipped internationally. A great service to use
Absolutely disgraceful service - they are misleading customers and trying to profit from customers with an extremely high admin fees when they reject to forward the package. As a customer you get stuck with either having to give up the package or pay this nonsense admin fee for nothing. Please avoid this scam company at all costs!
Three starts only so far. If you need a one off shipment from UK, then it's ok to use them If you doing shopping regularly then you might need to reconsider. The first issue is once you create an account you cannot do anything until you enter your shipping address. That's absolutely not obvious and I had to ask for a help. The website doesn't say anything but just redirects you to the same page. Once that issue was resolved I was able to verify my parcel and pay for shipping. Their shipping price calculator is quite misleading in terms of prices - they only ship with cheap Royal Mail items with value under £50. If it's over £50 then it will be shipped with DHL and the price will be at least 1.5 times higher. They do need to update FAQ section significantly with shipping and pricing policies as well as with exact steps what to do after creating an account or fix the website at least so it forwards you straight to the right page. Jon from support was very helpful and patient with my back and force.
Untrustworthy, shady, and careless. I wouldn't be surprised if the good reviews are fake. They claim to not have hidden fees, yet they have hidden fees. They claim to use "skill and care" in handling your product, yet they allowed for the item to get destroyed. I am now out $155 USD because they refuse to compensate me for being careless with my items. DO NOT USE MYUKMAILBOX UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY ON AWFUL SERVICE
I was looking for a service to forward a UK-only sale for a very rare item. I found MyUKMailbox and registered. This first step was so easy that I didn't feel confident, and thought they could receive anything. As I had no choice, I went ahead and just got the best service I could expect. Everything, from registering my account to having my package delivered in 2 days in France was as smooth as it could be. I can only highly recommend this service without which I would have never got my rare item. Thank you !
Stay away from this company! I had a horrible experience with them. I ordered multiple kitchen appliances which were all delivered to the warehouse. However, MyUKmailbox could not find one of the appliances and keept lying that Royalmail had not delivered, even though it was delivered. After a week of calling them every day, they finally found the missing package, inside their own warehouse! Now it was time to send everything abroad, I paid extra for their service to repack everything in a "secure way", as they claim. Besides this, I wanted to be even more secure, so I paid for extra insurance. The package was delivered to my front door and I immediately discovered that one of the applicanes was broken. I called MyUKmailbox within 5 minutes of receiving the package and they told me what I should do, send pictures of everything, etc. I did this within minutes after talking with their support. The support promised to get back to me multiple times, which they never did. After about 45 days I started pushing that I had enough as nothing was happening, this is when they said I need to send a picture of the original package. This was never mentioned before and as it had passed so long time, I obviously did not have the package left. Please note, the box was huge with multiple kitchen applicanes. MyUKmailbox rejected my request, even though I paid for insurance and everything. I lost hundreds of pounds, lots of time and uptil today MyUKmailbox has promised me multiple times to compensate me, they dont even get back to me. Horrible experience and horrible customer satisfaction! I hope MyUKmailbox will actually got back to me and compensate me, because I paid for your "secure" service and also insurance. I had to chase you guys and after 45 days you expect me to store a huge box. I called you 5 minutes after delivery, which all is documented. Is this not enough for you? Never again and I will not recommend anyone this company!
