Brilliant chinese only waited 15 minutes had sweet n sour prawns and sweet n sour chicken and rice and chips ,cooked perfectly .Will never go to longtown chinese again its disgusting they can't even cook chips properly
My favourite Chinese takeaway bar none. Food is delicious and portions very generous. Only down sides are there's sometimes quite a long wait and getting through on the phone to place an order can be a challenge especially at weekends but it's probably a sign of just how popular and good this take away is to be fair and they don't deliver.
Phone off the hook when its busy so you'll have no chance over the weekend, they really need extra staff in if its always that busy instead of just ignoring customers. It won't let me upload my screen shot but I've tried to call 92 times between 5:30pm and 6:25pm I've already ordered from somewhere else i just wanted to see if they'd put the phone back on the hook or if it would start ringing. Couldn't tell you what any of the other food is like because we order the same thing evert time its hit and miss Shame really as its our local Chinese but ill happy travel 6 or so miles to the other ones as they seem to be able to answer the phone.
Got a pedicure. Some of the gel polish came off that night. Then three of my toes the skin around it is red and itches so bad. The experience was not a good one from beginning until this day. Hope this helps.
Was told my order would be 30 minutes. Timed also ordering from the fish shop accordingly. 1 hour later was told another 10 minutes. Girl kind of shrugged her shoulders at our unfortunate wait. And the fact that our chippy order was ruined. Will not return. Service is terrible.
They keep the phone off the hook when they're busy which is really frustrating. Either get more staff or tell customers their order will take a while. Don't just ignore your customers. Phoned Eastriggs instead, answered straight away and picking it up soon. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from Mystic Palace!. Shame because I enjoy their food very much!.

The food is very nice my only problem is i have phoned up to order my meal quite a lot and sometimes it rings then it gets hung up without explaining why? I would rather i was told sorry we are very busy etc.
Take away only. Cash or app orders. Good food
Would not recommend at all, chicken is like chewing a tyre, curry sauce is full of sugar and taste sweet, chips gave me frost bite and finally I didn’t ask for a Caesar salad with my chicken!!
