Do not use these. I bought a rear brake disc for my bike, ordered on 23rd of June, By the 2nd of July i contacted them regarding where it was still hasn’t arrived. tried calling / emailing over 15 times in space of 3 days. nothing. Thank god i paid by Paypal because i can get my refund through them. By looks of it, they are a scam business, the only address relating to them is a PO box and when you click contact mymotoparts on their emails, it brings you to a completely different company / website. DO NOT USE THESE !!!!!
Ordered an exhaust, it came, was welded up wrong. Tried to contact, emailed twice, called 15 times over 3 fay's, heard nothing back. Had to open up q PayPal dispute thank god I paid through paypal they didn't bother to answer PayPal either. Have received my money back through PayPal, stil heard nothing from the shop. Wouldn't use again, wouldn't recommend As most companies do, they have tried to reach out to me this morning after I have given them a bad review, this is after 2 weeks of being ignored by them and them ignoring PayPal. Offered me 20% off in future! Doesn't help towards the £1000 I've missed in lost wages due to this issue and I feel quite offended if I'm honest. Definitely would not use this company again
I got in touch to cancel an order. They ignored the message and sent my order the next day anyway. When I emailed to tell them about this, they also ignored that email as well. Edit: Received a reply after a sharing my experience. I couldn't get my order cancelled pre-dispatch It was then sent the following day after request made due to a bank holiday. The bank holiday, Monday, also presumably prevented all replies to me until now, which is Friday. All sorted now though
No response to resolve item they sent that wasn't what I ordered contacting trading standards
Purchased a rack for my motorcycle. Unfortunately it came with no instructions. My motor parts did not reply to my request for help, either no product knowledge or not bothered.
