Do not order anything from this brand. The sizing is not standard so you will have to return items you buy on line. I returned my items and I have not been refunded on top of that have completely ignored. All of my requests for a refund and requests to talk to anyone to discuss this have been met with silence. I’m owed over £200 and it’s now been three months and still no response. It’s absolutely disgusting and I’m sure their CEO will be interested to hear my story of my dreadful experience. DO NOT USE MYLA LONDON ever! They are basically criminals!
I have ordered a bra online but it did not fit. When i wanted to return it I received a case number and that I will be contacted soon. After a month of waiting and calling, no attempt of contacting me has been made. Very disapponted with the service! waste of money. Will never order anything again from them although it used to be my fovorite brand.
Ordered underwear for my wife a month ago. It didn't fit, I returned it and haven't received a replacement or a refund. The customer service is shocking. Don't buy from Myla.
Very bad customer service!
