We are a 3-surgery practice with 3 clinicians on hand covering a variety of NHS, private and {my}options treatment plans including clearcorrect, dentures and take home teeth whitening. Our practice is a 5 minute walk from Fern Barrow bus stop and a 21 minute walk from Christchurch train station, with limited public parking surrounding the practice. We welcome all patients to our practice and ensure all individuals are treated with the upmost care and attention from our highly skilled staff. We look forward to seeing you soon."

The best dentist I have been to in years. I am a very nervous patient. The dentist is so kind, gentle and caring. He always asks if you are ok during treatment. The dental nurses are lovely too! Highly recommend them. I am so grateful for their care. The receptionists are lovely and smiley! 5 stars from me!!
Back for a first check-up in a while. New dentist Pavani was excellent. Her friendly manner was great for putting you at ease when, after all, visits to the dentist aren't always something we look forward to!
I've always found the dentist I see to be very gentle and caring, nobody really likes going to the dentist but coming here has made it quite bearable, all the staff are professional and helpful and it's not hard to get an appointment
I can't quite believe how bad the service and lack of compassion for their patients is. Suffering from a tooth infection causing significant pain, I contacted them by phone and e-mail leaving numerous messages and still a week later, I'm yet to receive a response or any form of acknowledgment to my messages. I clearly stated I'm suffering and need assistance. I appreciate that businesses are restricted at the moment however they clearly state on the automated phone message that they are prioritising urgent matters of which I feel a tooth infection causing significant pain is? Very, very disappointing service.
It has taken many months to get a checkup appointment but I have just been pleased to do so. The service yesterday was exemplary as usual and after so long got a full fed sling and polishing as well a good advice to maintain the health of my teeth. The Covid protection procedures were excellent in the treatment room and reception.
Pavani Reddy is literally the nicest and most calming dentist I have ever had. Beyond grateful to be seen by her this morning!
Great Dentists, very helpful, very reasonably priced NHS. own carpark, with emergency parking across the road in the shop carpark when busy, but I've always managed to get a space. Ovi has worked wonders with broken teeth, and always reluctant to extract - which is rare in previous dentists. I am a nervous patient, but every procedure has been pain free and smooth. I gave 4 stars for two reasons, as far as I know there is no Hygienist, and I've never been offered a full scale and polish.
Always able to get an appointment, staff are friendly enough and the dentist I have is lovely. Very efficient and quick. Just had some fillings done; don't know why I was worrying so much. Smooth procedure.
Son went in with an emergency infected gum..swollen face...they tried to take xray when my son said oh Jesus.. then they refused to do anything as he swore....he has aspergers...he gets angry but not in a physical way....but no, they said no and refused....what a nice way to treat a person who expresses anger by the word Jesus ...his face is extremely swollen and painful...so not likely to say nothing when having objects stuck in his mouth
