You can find us just off the A50 Orford Road where public transport links are available with the King & Queen bus stop only a short walk away offering multiple bus routes. We are also less than 15 minutes away from Padgate Train Station. We have 7 Clinicians including Dr Susan McBride who specialises in Cosmetic and Restorative Dentistry and Facial Aesthetics. Having had problems before with the dentist which us now resolved. My daughter went to padgate last Friday being very nervous as her previous dentist being slightly rude. Mr Green all I can say is thank you for now making g aisha feel comfortable and so happy. He got things done that took the other dentist 6 months not to achieve. I shall be making sure my daughter keeps this dentist and not the other one when she comes back.
Really disappointed, registered as a new private customer! Told the young girl i needed an afternoon appointment due to work. I got appointment for in 10 days time which I paid for there and then. I never received any confirmation but I'd made a note of the appointment in my calendar, I rang this morning to confirm and was told I'd missed my 9am appointment another 3 weeks wait for the next afternoon appointment! I made the appointment face to face, not over the phone and still managed to completely get it wrong! Nearly 5 weeks for an appointment! Very unorganised Update 16/08/22 So after finally getting my check up, i was told I needed a filling. At the time, the next available appointment was 5 weeks away. Iv just had a phone call 4 weeks since the check up, to be told they need to rearrange for in another 5 weeks time! I really cant believe the standard of customer service this dentist provides! Absolutely disgusted in the way iv been treated!
Visited my dentist on the 11th May, lovely friendly staff, just had a check up but all was good, had x rays taken and everything was explained to me in great detail, I've been coming to this practice for nearly 20yrs and never had a bad experience I would highly recommend this dental practice :-
My dentist Ryan Ollerton, has been fantastic from the very start when I first stood at his door to scared to come in.. I am petrified!! My teeth have been badly damaged through medication. He immediately put me ease, and made me feel so comfortable.. I’m now on track to that perfect smile …. Thank you Ryan
I try to avoid the dentist but after chipping my front teeth which i've had repaired numerous times over the years by other dentists!! So i booked a consultation with Ryan, he's a really nice fella who made me feel at ease about what he was going to do & gave me a price for the work during my consultation, i've been today and i can honestly say i never felt a thing & i'm so pleased with the end result!! They look better than they have in years!! Thanks Ryan

I have been a patient at this practice for many years. I have taken my children to this practice since being babies, the youngest is now 16. Mr Dan Green has always been our dentist and i can say 100% he is the a consummate professional, who is kind and caring with a lovely manner. My children have never had a fear of the dentist and this is all down to Dan and the Nurses he works with. The receptionists are never rude, perhaps a little frosty, but thats easily overcome with a smile and kind words. Appointments are always easy to come by and text reminders are sent for 6 monthly check ups and appointments. Brilliant service has been given to my family over the last 25yrs. Thank u
Absolute joke of a service, refused to take appointments during the pandemic and impossible to get them to answer the phone to make an appointment even now. Will be leaving as soon as other dentists open up. Avoid this place like the plague, one of their dentists damaged my daughter's tooth last year, and one of mine, she was quickly disappeared.
Always friendly and efficient staff. Mr Green provides excellent service, never had a problem in over 10 years as a client.
I know everyone has different experiences & maybe mine was just one of these which all companies have. However, my overall treatment & experience was awful. Firstly, I had to pay a £40 deposit where I was told this will come off your £75 treatment which did not happen & they gave me 2 different prices RED FLAG 1. At first, my tooth which only needed a filling I was told I need a full root canal & crown, I was told it would cost me £750 which I knew was not right & when I questioned this the response I had was shirty & rude RED FLAG 2. After they agreed it could be saved with a filling the treatment can only be described as a botched job as the cavity was still showing & I was even pulled to one side and told "If it starts to hurt don't worry its normal". RED FLAG 3 2 weeks later the toothache was so unbearable clearly due to the poorly done filling I had to make an appointment where I was told I need a root canal & crown Interesting how my poorly done filling now has to have the £750 root canal treatment they originally wanted me to have & tried to pressure me into having. When I explained I did not want to pay £750 & I would rather have the tooth removed I was spoken to disgusting & they apologised to me with the excuse "I had a late night I need coffee" After some resistance they accepted to remove the tooth & I am no dentist but I now know why they didn't want the extraction as it was very clear this was an area they lacked confidence in. They pulled one direction with no care & the tooth snapped leaving half of it in my gum within minutes Other than a cavity this was a whole tooth. I was told it should be ok but I will have to stitch you up and it may need an operation if it becomes infected, my gum was left like Stevie Wonder performed the procedure. They allowed me to leave the dentist with half a tooth snapped in my gum, a hole the size of the Grand Canyon & the worry of infection hence the "You may need an operation" & having to stitch my gum together with some of my tooth still sticking out. After being left traumatised I went to the Penketh Mydentist Which was fantastic instead & after my XRAY was told that the dentist should not have let you leave without sorting this out or at least providing you with medication to avoid infection due to leaving a large part of my tooth still inside my gum exposed. The receptionists were polite & friendly which is why I gave the rating a 1 star or it would have been 0. My final comment - Make sure you have a receipt for all treatment, question the prices you are given & please get everything in written of what is promised will be done & if you see any red flags then avoid at all costs or you will be paying the prices like I have. Again, This could be a general bad experience which happens when services are provided but I would be very careful in future as I am close to bring £300 down & a tooth missing which could have been saved. Interestingly my other filling I had at My Dentist Penketh was a larger cavity & was fully filled with no patches completely white smoothed over tooth with no pain after treatment. One dentist Padgate said I need a £750 treatment, another dentist Penketh sorted the same type of cavity for £75... Salesman/women with a dentist degree only leaves customers unhappy as they realise when they are being conned.
