"The practice is based in the Fulwell area of Sunderland around 10 minutes from the city centre. We are accessible by car, local bus services and the metro station is within 5 minutes walk from the practice. We have 4 surgeries including 1 ground floor surgery which is suitable for anyone with limited mobility. We also have a downstairs toilet and disabled access at the front of the building. We have 4 dentists on site offering both NHS and Private treatments including crowns, veneers, composite fillings, bridges and cosmetic dentures. We also offer Teeth whitening treatments and short term orthodontic treatments including Invisalign, Quick Straight Teeth and Inman Aligners. Free consultations are available for more information."

Had my first visit to this dental practice & I have to say the reception team, dental assistants & dentists were all brilliant. They squeezed me in at the last minute & were so friendly & helpful. Am really looking forward to being a patient with them & being treated by them. I can't praise them or thank them enough. Great place & a fantastic service. Thank you!!!!
Saw Louise and Rachael was very nervous but they put me at ease and would highly recommend them. Louise makes you feel so relaxed. The whole team are so helpful.
Staff were more than pleasant but I told the dentist I was in pain and I was still only offered an appointment for 3 weeks time. I appreciate services are under enormous pressure but despite the pleasant demeanour this is a dentist that does not take tooth pain seriously. The extent or nature of the pain was not explored with me and I was in and out in 2 minutes. I was not offered an urgent appointment or reassured I’d be offered a cancellation as if 3 weeks of toothache is ok, shows they don’t really care that much about customers.
I rang my normal dentist on Friday with toothache and was offered an appointment for next Wednesday. On the off-chance I rang 'my dentist' and was offered an appointment the same day. Tooth sorted. The staff was friendly and helpful. The dentist was brilliant. Highly recommend.
Reviewing for my elderly mother who rates louise and the rest of the team very highly. She has walking difficulties and all the staff have been so helpful in accommodating her needs when she has had to visit the practice. Extremely helpful and friendly .excellent patient service.
First time visit to this practice as usually use sister practice Southwick. My partner needed emergency appt and Southwick fully booked. Rang this practice and had a same day slot 2pm. He hung up and a short while later had a call back asking him if he could get down for 10am. Staff were really lovely and explained what was happening and advised on next steps.
Im so apprehensive about going to the dentist but these girls especially Kate made me feel so at ease, I don't like going as most people don't, but I have my checks now with ease
Katherine Halshaw is our family Dentist, kids feel at ease with her, My children like that Katherine talks to them and asks them the questions rather than talking to the adults present. I'm an extremely anxious patient myself and she always takes her time explaining what is going to happen and putting me to ease. I've seen Rebecca Haswell for cleaning who also explains step by step what will happen putting me at ease I would even say relaxed if you can say that being in the dentist chair Rebecca is always very gentle which is rare for a hygienist! All staff have been very friendly and helpful during our visits. Nothing is ever a bother.
Due to circumstances beyond my control I called to advise the practice I would be running approx 20 mins late for my 10 year old daughters check up. I asked whether other patients could be seen first and the dentist could see us when possible the last check up took 2 minutes!! Was told no and to rebook. Ridiculous. Taking my business elsewhere.
Excellent care as always from Louise and the whole team. Couldn't ask for a nicer dental practice as they always go the extra mile.
