As a very nervous patient, my anxiety ahead of my root canal treatment was very high! I saw Ben and his calming nature immediately put me at ease. He was very gentle and completed the treatment perfectly. I have to go back for a review in a few weeks and I can honestly say, I am not worried in the slightest. I am very grateful to Ben and his dental nurse for making my experience a positive one! Thank you!
This is the best dentist practice I have used.nnMisagh and Ash have be great and explained the work being carried out step by step putting my mind at ease.nnI have had alot of bad luck with bad dentistry but they have restored my trust.nnThey are a great team and I now look forward going to the dentist now knowing I will get A+ service.nnThanks again Misagh and Ash.nnTop class.
Recently been for treatment, I have been with my dentist shaw for a few years, the actual dentist and the treatment received were good, shame I can not say the same for the receptionist spoke to two of them both with not friendly welcoming attitudes, quiet abrupt, not good when visiting the dentist and being nervous in the first place, you do not want to be greeted with that. They are definitely in need of customer service training, needs to be addressed.
Today was my very 1st visit to the practice.nI'm a extremely nervous patient due to a previous horrific visit at a former practice many years ago. I have to say, the dentist and his surgical assistant were incredibly patient and understanding. The treatment i received was totally pain free!! I wish I'd got your names so I could mention you in this review. SO THANK YOU BOTHnI shall be returning for regular checks ups etc. I hope you see this or someone from the practice does and passes on my gratitude. I cannot recommend you enough
Do not use this dentist!nDrilled a perfectly fine tooth to put a filling in now the tooth is broken 6 months later and needs to be removed. Dentist Andrew boon has now cancelled my care plan and deregistered me said it’s because I had to rearrange an appointment to attend family court for my childrennAbsolutely disgusting attitudes from reception staff and sub par treatment from the dentistsnNo star review
