My visit was very positive but my husband is unable to get an appointment until July meaning he has to wait nearly 18 months but I do appreciate there are still issues from Covid

The most friendly and supportive dental team I’ve ever been treated by. Made me feel welcome and comfortable during my appointment.

I was really happy with how much at ease both the dentist and assistant made me and my 3 children feel. Due to covid it has been over 2 years since we have all been at the dentist and they were brilliant and very accommodating towards the kids. Excellent experience and all children are excited to go back in 6 months time!! Couldnt fault them at all. Service and care were both 10 out of 10.

I've been attending the surgery for over 20 years, the staff are always polite and friendly, keen to help solve any dental issues or queries. Myself and my family receive dental hygiene appointments twice a year, and I have also completed private Invisalign treatment through the surgery. Well recommend dental surgery. 5*.

Really great team. I was made to feel very relaxed and confident that I was in professional hands. This was my first time ever getting anything big done and I was getting my first tooth out. I was very very nervous and the staff were so lovely and made sure I was okay and I didn’t feel a thing. So so lovely and made everything so relaxing.

I am very happy with My dentist in Dalton-in-Furness. The whole team are spot on and they  most definitely go out of their way to help you. A special mention about my dentist Rachel Harrison she get's a 10 from Len!

When I attended this dentist last, I complained of a chipped tooth. I assumed he would offer a cap, as I had been offered by other dentist's for chipped teeth before. Instead, he insisted on chopping it down further, until it was "even." I now feel extreme pain if I encounter anything too hot or too cold which includes the AIR in winter and I have been too scared to visit any dentist's since. Avoid at all costs!

This doesn't appear to be a well run business at all.  I've been waiting 5 months to get an initial appointment and they have just written to me again to push it back another month.  In the mean time they won't give me any care at all until I have had this first consultation. I think I'm going to have to look elsewhere as it just not working for me.
