Iv been going a couple of years now with Alex, Iv always been really nervous when it comes to going to the dentist but Alex makes me feel so relaxed and like I’m at home. I could not recommend Alex enough she’s amazing at her work and I always leave in a really positive mood as she has good vibe energy. Thankyou Alex for being the best dentist I could not put into words how much of a good soul and dentist you are.
Recently had a checkup at this practice as a new patient with Nafeece after struggling to get an NHS Dentist elsewhere I registered privately. Everyone I met was really lovely and made me feel comfortable and at ease as I’m an extremely anxious patient. They explained everything I needed well and booked me in quickly to come back for treatment. I also saw Sam for a scan of my teeth who was so kind and gave me some more information on the whitening I had been thinking about. I will be recommending this practice to my friends and family as everyone I met was great, so thank you!
Just to say thank you to Alexanne for the fantastic dental work. Everything was explained, and I could email her with any questions I had. She is so professional and has given me my smile back. I would most definitely recommend her to everyone.
Receptionist is unprofessional, rude, incompetent and demands payments like you're about to lose a kneecap.nnMax the Dentist looks positively scared/horrified when he has to deal with/treat patients who are not of the indigenous population. Also if your child has Autism/Additional Needs don't expect them to take a little more time, try a different approach to check ups, be a bit kinder/softer or ask for more information about the best way to communicate with/approach your child etc.nnYou're immediately shooed away with a Hospital Referral and the gloves are pulled off before you can say root canal. Oh and your 6 year old kid doesn't get a sticker either, even though that appointment cost us £25 for all of 5 minutes.
I will start by saying I am a 25yr vet nurse who has managed practices before so I know the drill.nCompletely unprofessional front of house staff, no clue how to manage the waiting room, clients waiting 45mins completely ignored as setting a radio station at a blaring level amd chit chatting seemed more important. Practice manager doesn't seem any better, constantly on reception chattering. Made a complaint the young receptionist was abhorrent.....passive aggressive comments, untruths about contact with PM just a joke. Was going to write to the practice but from what ive seen I decided to go to the trust as they are taking on nhs patients and not providing a sufficient ervice.nIf you want to visit a youth club go here if not find a different dentist. It's a shame as the dentist and nurse were lovely but first contact staff are a let down. I'd be embarrassed if it were my practice
