I phoned up to book an emergency appointment because my wisdom tooth was very sore and bruised around the area. Receptionist was very rude and kept asking why I would think I would need antibiotics for it. Considering I have had antibiotics in the past for the area and have trained as a dental nurse i know what im talking about! manner was terrible on the phone and I had to pronounce my name 4 times in order for her to finally understand. No please or thanks from her. If she answers the phone to everyone like that the place will have no patients left!
