I am so pleasantly surprised and impressed with the incredible service my 9 year old received during her 2 fillings. The sedation doctor was absolutely amazing, he took real time to explain the procedure and put both my very anxious daughter and myself at ease. I could not compliment this team and especially the sedation doctor Excuse me for forgetting, I believe he was South African.
I’m totally satisfied with the service I’ve received. A filling was made quickly and effectively with the minimum of discomfort. In a follow up appointment, my teeth were thoroughly cleaned. I have no reservation recommending this dental practice.
My son Tom needed sedation, he has dyspraxia and was terrified of dentists , They were so reassuring with him and he had the procedure with no problems. I was very impressed with everything and the atmosphere was very welcoming and relaxed . The staff were great! Can’t praise highly enough .
Awful service. I've had my appointment changed twice. I turned up for it and they said they'd cancelled it - all with a tooth that's got an infected nerve. I went elsewhere and got it treated the same day.
A superb professional and caring experience by hygienist Padmini and nurse Shalini. I was seen punctually, and treated with empathy and compassion. The questions asked were relevant and increased my confidence in the team that they were interested in me as an individual patient. Well done!
As an incredibly nervous patient the My Dentist team at Tring have made such a difference to me. The reception team are friendly and understanding and my Dentist Amir Haji and his Dental nurse are amazing their patience and kindness have meant that I have been able to sit in the dental chair for the first time in years : thank you so much
I cannot rate Antoine Deysel highly enough. Been his patient since 2003. I trust him implicitly to resolve any issues I have with my teeth. Always friendly and professional. Truly valued.
Great dentist , great staff I’m terrified of the dentist and Antoine and Etienne made me feel so comfortable and relaxed they could see the fear on my face the second I walked in but when I walked out I felt 100% confident and happy I am pleased to say any further dental treatment I will be making sure I get referred back to these guys as I cannot fault them one bit and also a big shout of to Karen in there office she’s a diamond Thanks again
I needed an expensive dental procedure,I was very happy with the advice given to me concerning my dental problems and my age.Iam very grateful to Antoine and his assistant for their patience and understanding .
I've tolerated this dental surgery for a few years but December was the final straw! I had a check up booked it got cancelled twice not a problem as it was their member of staff with covid but they promised to ring me back and never did! This is not the first time....I tried for days to get through with no reply/left answer phone messages as per their answer phone request and emailed twice with no response!!! There are more efficient dentists out there so I would recommend trying them before this useless lot!
