I have like many other's have not been to the Dentist since Lockdown. My Dentist has kept me in the loop until I visited recently and this we had my treatment. On walking through the door I was pleased to be seen by reception staff straight away. The area clean and tidy and friendly reception. Sat for a few moments before being asked by Dental Nurse to follow her upstairs to see the Dentist. The Dentist and Dental Nurse were a really good team. I had every confidence with both throughout my treatment and felt relaxed at all times. The only downside for me was of no fault of staff. The building is old so stairs as not easy for all to manage. If a small handrail was placed so both sides of the stairs had a rail, it would make it easier to go up and down. Thank you My Dentist.
Really pleased with my recent experience! The only dental practice I found locally which were able to book me in for an emergency appointment the same day. All staff were lovely and welcoming and the dentist fixed the problem swiftly. So so grateful! Will be recommending them to friends and family!
My dentist is beyond outstanding!!! I never liked coming to the dentist, now it’s a pleasure! She is so empathetic and understanding and never forgets who we are. She regularly asks about our lives and genuinely cares. Thank you!
Very helpful receptionists, the dentist was great she put me at ease and explained everything that was going to happen. Dentist waited for the jab to take effect before starting the work. Such a relaxed atmosphere throughout.
The reception staff go above and beyond to try and help with appointments and are very welcoming which goes a long way for me as I’m dental phobic. My dentist Kimeron Libo and her dental nurse are so calming and Kim the dentist makes a point asking how your family is by name so it makes you feel like she’s a friend. Thoroughly recommend especially if you’re scared of dentists
My son had an appointment and the lady at reception was friendly and very helpful. Dr Kimeron his dentist was so helpful and amazing she kept things relaxed and was so informative and friendly and Victorija was also helpful and friendly. Gold stars all round. Well done.
I have had I lifetime of dental treatment, including 2 Harley Street and other top private dentists but my best ever experience has been the recent dental work done by Mr Ugen Padiachey at Mydentist at 3 High Street, Margate his care and attention to detail has been second to none. The recently supplied dentures are outstanding in fit and comfort. I just cannot rate them high enough.
My Dentist makes you feel relaxed and comfortable at every step of your treatment my dentist and her nurse are fantastic even when you know that an extraction of a tooth will hurt they ensure you feel nothing would recommend to any local having dental issues
Honestly the best dentist ever. You want the best Kim is the lady she's so passionate about her job and will 100% make you leave smiling.
Had work done by Kim always puts you at ease very caring and polite. Receptionists always polite and helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend to Family and Friends.
