My son had private orthodontics braces with Mr Saddiq, it was very professional but friendly and the whole process was quicker than initially thought. There were payment options available which helped enormously. The staff were helpful and friendly and I have been inspired for my own dental treatment with this practice.
Excellent clean practise, friendly staff so good with my 3 children especially my youngest on her 1st ever visit she was super nervous but the dentist made her feel very at ease and welcome. Would highly recommend

I am absolutely thrilled with what khal and his assistant did, my teeth are fabulous, all stains gone. Already booked to see them again to keep my teeth looking this good.
Ref Khalid and Charlotte Fantastic result with air cleaning of my teeth after a two year lapse. Well worth this extensive half hour long procedure. Khalid very attentive: checking regularly if I was ok while Charlotte made sure the liquid spray used was cleared from my mouth at all times. The best my teeth have ever looked after a clean and polish since my 20s now in my late 60s. Thank you both!
The receptionists where not very professional at all , they spoke to me rude and because I couldn't make an early appointment due to work they seid they where gonna put it on the files that I refused an emergency appointment to to an abscess which was caused by the dentist injection same place it flares up , on an other occasion I cancelled an appointment early in the morning which I asked them to ring back they then told me I never cancelled the appointment and would put on files that I it was a late cancellation
My daughter got referred to My Dentist back in 2019, due to Covid19 she wasn't able to be seen untill the beginning of this year 2021. Not the dental practice fault. The experience we had was not the best to say the least, the orthodontist did not explain himself properly, the first appointment we was told she would need braces, which is what we was referred for so we knew this already. The second visit was to take moulds of her teeth and pictures. We was then told her braces would be fitted in October we was given 2 dates for this procedure to begin. On the third visit the orthodontist said " he would be removing 4 teeth 2 from the top and 2 from the bottom", and the braces wouldn't be fitted untill next year. As you can imagine my daughter being told she was having teeth out was quite scary, as this is the first time teeth being removed had been mentioned to us. We decided to request for a refund as we had been mislead with the treatment plans. My daughter is now with Valley Dental Practice and is due to have her invisalign braces put on in December, we got so much further forward in a month with the new orthodontist than we did in months with this orthodontist. I wouldn't recommend the orthodontist we seen here to anyone he's very old school and doesn't work in the modern way the new orthodontist works in. We are also a thousand pounds better off and my daughter doesn't have to have any teeth removed at all, she's over the moon. I cant speak for all the orthodontists that work at My Dentist but I definitely wouldn't recommend the one my daughter seen. The receptionists was brilliant always polite and very helpful with my refund.

The reception team were very rude, one rolled her eyes and huffed at me..... very unprofessional. I got charged £60 for him to look at my broken tooth that I knew was damaged , then before he is willing to fill it to get me out of pain, insisted I pay another £40 the following week for a check up as he won't treat me until he has seen all of my teeth, then tried to charge me again for the filling a further week away. Ended up getting it fixed at scott arms dentist. Stay away from that Chasetown practice
