It looks like they have listened to the feedback about reception staff as I found both receptionists very friendly and helpful on my visit. All staff were personable and professional.

4 stars only for the dentists/dental hygienists at this practice. But I have never come across such rude receptionist staff. They make the whole visit at IDH awful I hate going in there and every time I have to visit because I have to deal with the snooty woman on reception. There is such a thing as customer service!!! Appalling, if my dentist wasn't as good as she was I would move. Mrs Gandhi is a saviour to that practise. 

P.s Get new receptionist staff I know full well I am not the only person who feels this way.
