Disgustingly bad. Don't come here. Have to wait ages for an appointment, terrible communication and constantly cancelling appointments for no reason. A Staff have also said extremely offensive and unprofessional things to me on multiple occasions, nearly making me cry. But the worse thing is the terrible dental work which they will try to do super quickly. They literally try to do the least amount of work possible, meaning that your teeth will continue to worsen and need further work, which they again will do terribly. This caused me extreme stress.
I never post reviews but I feel I have to about this dentist, since they've been taken over by my dentist they are awful!!! Multiple times I've booked appointments with them and they've booked it wrong every single time or rescheduled me. I've been going to this dentist since I was a kid and never had such bad treatment. Really disappointed.
Having called to get an emergency appointment because of a broken tooth . Was told i need to wait one and half weeks . As my dentist had retired and no one had taken over . They new about 2 months if not more that he was going but never got anyone in place and still have no one . Also told no other dentist would see me . The service is one of the worsted i have had . They really dont care about you if anything happens. But am taken this to the NHS and putting in a report. Am sure they will be happy to know about the way i have been treated here .
Apprently this dentist surgery does not legally their words have to tell you about price changes once youve booked an appointment....somehow its up to you the customer to know that the price has increased.
Excellent service but I would Prefer an itemised bill rather than just showing the total amount due.
Great service from all staff. Dentist is fantastic.
