I’m mixed on this. I will say Natalia was amazing at organizing everything from our move. She made the last minute moving experience, a breeze and was helpful with every question I had. Delivery arrived in great time as well. BUT my rating is based on their driver who made a false claim that could have cheated me out of £300! The driver claimed I didn’t arrange for someone to assist in loading the van at my storage facility and I was told I’d be charged £300 extra. Thanks to surveillance footage from my storage facility, I was able to prove that his claim was false. I was upset about it, but this dishonest person had all my goods in their possession during transport, so I had to keep calm. I don’t like how I have a distrust with the service, although they had a great rate and customer service upfront. Some of my items are missing, but at this point I can’t verify if it’s the movers from the storage unit or the drivers. Frankly at this point I just don’t want to deal with it anymore. My advice is, make sure you have surveillance or a recording on your phone, documentation etc for proof in case anyone tries to rip you off.
Orysia was really helpful throughout the process both before, during and after the move. She provided clear information about what we could expect on the day, and answered any questions we had. The pick-up day itself went smoothly & we had no trouble loading our items into the van/truck. The drop-off was delayed for a few hours after the cut off time we'd been given. Luckily we'd set outside the full day to receive our items so this wasn't an issue. They also have very competitive pricing & we opted for the cash option to receive a further discount. Overall, a great experience & they helped make our move from The Netherlands to UK so much smoother.

I have used the removal company moving from UK to Spain. I was very happy with the service. The price was very competitive, the driver arrived on time and was very helpful. It was door to door service, so my items werent repacked somewhere in the warehouse but were delivered directly within 3 days. The only thing is that there was only a driver so we had to help with loading and unloading, but we have accepted that since we wanted save on costs.
