The food was really nice. I really enjoyed the Strawberry sensation, it was delicious, the pancake were also very nice. Furthermore, the staff were really kind and the service was quick. However, the person who had previously ate the table I was allocated left a mess, but it wasn't cleaned up and the seats had crumps all over it, and the table was sticky. But I would really recommend going. The food is delicious and the service is good.
came previously with my mates but recently came with the family and ordered a variety of things as we had a Groupon voucher to use. tried the waffles, pancakes and crepes along with their smoothies and milkshakes. the waitress was really polite and friendly, despite being 5 of us, we only had to wait 10 minutes for the desserts to be ready and wasn't disappointed. nice spot in Solihull city centre and it had a good chill warm atmosphere too
Really friendly staff, great selection. They did have one vegan option but a few more and maybe sorbet or ice cream would be good too. Was clean and beautifully decorated.
Really happy with our experience here. Sundae and crepes really well presented and good value. Happy welcoming staff. Free tap water Only criticism is we couldn't lock the loo door hence 4 stars. Will definitely go back and absolutely recommend this place
had a lovely time out with friends on Saturday, took care of us and my friends allergies were taken into consideration so nicely. my friends said she could not recommend the pancakes enough, so fluffy delicious. my crepe was a great portion, covered nicely in sauce and they did not hold back on toppings as shown in pic. Overall a great night and the workers were super lovely and polite. 5 stars from me :
Got the saffron tres leche/ milk cake, generous portion and the cake itself was wonderful. Venue was clean and staff were prompt with both the order and the cake itself, which was especially appreciated as we arrived quite late. some confusion initially about opening times as they were different depending on where you looked but we enjoyed ourselves regardless
I've had to update my review as I thought I'd give this place a second try. I spent over £20 on 2 cookie doughs and they were both undercooked, tasteless and sloppy. You could literally taste the sugar granules and crunch into them which was disgusting I contacted them via Instagram and the arrogance was unreal as their response was "I’m sorry you are unhappy, we sell in excess of 250 cookie doughs a week and have not had similar feedback." Lies just check their reviews on Just Eat as well as on here. To pretend they've "not had similar feedback" just made them sound stupid lol. They don't know how to make a proper cookie dough, that's really all there is to it. Avoid!
Went with my family for some dessert, was welcomed by a worker who seated us and made sure we were comfortable, and we were offered water while we waited. The dessert looked and tasted amazing. Would 100% recommend this store for a family outing. Will definitely be going again.
Lovely desserts the waffle was nice & soft all round, the ice creams were quality also. Delivery came in good time. Avoid ordering the apple crumble you’ll be disappointed like I was it’s just a pot brought from a supermarket put in one of there boxes & served NOT FRESH!!
Absolutely disgusted with the service from here, made an order over £40 and rang in especially to ensure they didn't repeat the same disappointments that we had previously from them such as the cookie dough being burnt. The order arrived, with the cookie dough being very burnt and the waffles were hard at the bottom. Some of the order was not edible. We shortly rang in to address this issue and spoke to Karen who said that they would resend the order out for free and would leave a note in the till with our details including address. 2 weeks later we rang for the order to be placed and requested to speak to Karen, who said she would be working every Sunday. The manager said she was not in until 4 pm, and after explaining the situation the manager claimed there was no note with our details and said to ring back at 4pm when Karen arrived. We rang again at 4pm and the manager then said Karen was not in today due to family circumstances and changed his whole story! He then claimed that the cookie was sent out on the day we rang initially but did not have any proof of this, even though nothing was sent out and it was supposed to be over £40s worth of desserts not just a cookie. We have not received anything and the manager started to get aggressive with my wife on the phone and batting her away. He said he didn't need to show us proof of the cookie being sent out and was just in a cobweb of lies! Will not be ordering from here again, plenty of better places around who value customer services and DO NOT LIE. We spent over £40 hard earned money in this climate to received unsatisfactory desserts and have been lied to! I would give minus stars if I could!
