We are a cutting edge private gym located in the Carryduff area of Belfast. With a diverse range of members, My Gym offers a facility which caters for all individuals. With easy access from Belfast city via Saintfield road (A24) you will find us located on the Edgar Industrial Estate just off Comber road.

With free parking located outside the venue you will have easy access in and out of the facility. We have developed a friendly positive atmosphere which enables people from all social circles to come along and get the most out of their workouts.

We offer a diverse range of cardiovascular equipment and resistance machines, you will also find an extensive range of free weights, olympic bars and cable machines to compliment your overall workouts. With our fully qualified fitness professionals we provide a diverse range of options for you to achieve your goals.
