I love this place, its brilliant!

So, I accidentally ate my brothers homemade muffins from my mum and he wouldn't text me back when I apologised. I ordered 2 waffles from My Dessert to his home address and asked to put a personal message saying "I'm sorry I ate your muffin, love Charlotte x" and they definitely delivered!

They always say the delivery will be over an hour but it never is for me, always less! Have ordered from here many times, waffles and milkshakes and they never disappoint with taste and presentation.

I am very disappointed with my I order, I ordered a white chocolate cookie dough and I was given a chocolate chip cake, there was no dough! 
I also ordered banoffee waffle, but the waffle lacked toffee syrup and was very dry.
The Oreo and chocolate stick waffles were dry with a lack of chocolate sauce and the extra strawberries I added was very minimal considering they charge a extra pound for added extras. The milkshake I am yet to try but looks ok

waited two hours for food to arrive waffle and cookie dough was stone cold milkshakes and sundae was defrosted and tipped down the sink by delivery driver who wanted to see that it was defrosted, they explained we could have a refund or new food delivered tonight, we agreed to new food. the company phoned us back to tell us the food would not be being delivered tonight, with that being said we asked for a refund and was told no. the lady on the phone was very rude and hung up, we’ve just checked our bank details and they have taken the money twice, no answer on the phones, this will be taken further to trading standards.

Awful !! Really awful a complete waste of time. Ordered our desserts, rang up 90 minutes later and we're then told it was a 2 hour wait and when we asked for a refund they weren't only rude they didn't cooperate !
