Lovely merchandise as gifts and for the family. Had an issue with delivery where they lost the parcel and the team could not have been more helpful in responding and resolving by way of an expedited replacement of monogrammed items. Very impressed and very grateful 2 weeks before Christmas!

Purchased 2 bags. One was fine the other very poor quality with poor quality personalisation. Contacted 6 weeks ago spoke to someone on the phone promising to get back to me. No communication. Phone is on a loop. No one at other end. Terribly frustrated.

I ordered on 6 June with an estimated 5 day delivery window. The parcel was already 2 days late when I contacted customer service, only to be told Evri yes, they still use them… had “attempted delivery” despite no knock, no card, and no attempt actually made.nnI live over an hour from the depot, yet the timestamps they provided showed the driver left the depot and “attempted delivery” just 25 minutes later? which is either a lie or the driver was doing 100mph.nnI pointed this out, and the company took 26 minutes to reply….. only to fob me off with “we’ll investigate in 3 days if tracking doesn’t update.” Then they said “contact us tomorrow if it doesn’t arrive”… but guess what? They’re closed that day.nnAbsolutely embarrassing level of service.nnMy items where not even customised, i dread to think of the delivery time if they are….

I have to say even tho there is a wait time is it advised to do the experess delivery I ordered headphones for my grandson and I absolutely love these and yes it's worth the wait with in reason , I will order again but please highlight for future customers that' if they don't have express delivery they could be waiting a few weeks ,, all on all I'm giving five stars because they always replied to my messages so thankyou for that ,, and the details of the gift I have bought was fantastic  thankyou I'm definitely coming back for more if you want detail and gift wrapped I highly recommend

Ordered a gift for my newborn Grandson with a personalised card marking the occasion. This shower of a company not only got his name wrong it was for a child for his first day at nursery. Obviously no quality control before dispatch and never again will I be using this company. Had to give it 1 star as 0 not available
