Ordered a gift for my newborn Grandson with a personalised card marking the occasion. This shower of a company not only got his name wrong it was for a child for his first day at nursery. Obviously no quality control before dispatch and never again will I be using this company. Had to give it 1 star as 0 not available

Nice products but very rubbish delivery- It has taken them 7 days and I still don't have my order. i had to email them to check where the hell my order is.. turns out they are delayed. There was no communication about the delay of my order from the company itself. Now they are telling me i need to cancel my order as it won't arrive in time for my sister's baby shower. I am so angry right now. Customer service has been rubbish too!!!!

The service quality of this business have gone down the drain. I placed an order and their website clearly stated they use FedEx for international deliveries. Even my order confirmation said shipment with FedEx. I was charged for FedEx but my order was shipped through the local mail and the movement have been quite slow. You guys are so deceptive and it is bad for your business. I got an email that my order shipped since 5days ago and yet the order hasn’t even left the UK. Why not put different shipping options in your website and let your customers choose. Would have given 0 stars if it was possible.

Been there today for collection and I was invited in for a coffee and I been trough the toilets/eating room and look around the inside. After 6 year's of countless places I been delivered never seen something that is sparkling clean like this before! Probably not I've close  Very high standards environment.nThank you for having me

Received my order yesterday! Went for the star bean bag and chalkboard table and chair set. My expectations where low as this was my 1st order wiv them, but the items I got delivered are of Wonderful quality. The material for the bean bag is soft but can tell will take a beating quite well. And the table and chair set just sooooo lovely! Sterdy wood and smooth slate. Thank you my1styears. Be visiting you again
