Life savers, we were going to go to The Ivy in Cheltenham but ran out of time. Muzzle was definately the next best thing! We will return!!!

Food tastes average. I have been to Muzzy's many times and ordered many different things as I live local. Pizza's are too greasy however chicken nuggets are amazing! The food depends on what you order. Service is a tad slow and when I ring up, I don't get the discount specified on the menu. Food is all frozen and reheated to be served and flavourless. Muzzy's usually mess up my order. Despite all this, customer service is good and it is a friendly atmosphere.

Delicious...if you are a fan of food reheated in the microwave!... garlic bread had been nuked to within an inch of its life and was so hard it was inedible and had scorch marks! ...the kofte kebabs were dry and tasteless, the onion rings were somehow very overcooked but extremely soggy...my guess is their buddy the microwave strikes again?!...and the fish was cremated... seemingly reheated also...had any of it been edible i dont think it would be worth the risk of food poisoning! Absolute disgrace and a waste of £36 and our family treat tea for the last night of our holidays!...stay away if you have any sense at all!

I went to Muzzys in Northleach early on a Friday evening and the food looked ok. When you walk in to the store the glass fronted counters show skewered cuts of meat with a selection of salad as an accompaniment, all seems well! HOWEVER, turn around and walk out! Despite being warned by others, I thought that the food looked alright! How can you cook a lamb neck fillet or chicken breast badly on a barbecue? how can you spoil this by simply placing it in a pitta bread? - I don't know but somehow Muzzys managed it. The food tasted awful, and soon after arriving home with the margherita pizza requested by my partner we realised that it was covered in meat. I called muzzies to arrange a replacement Margherita but was bluntly refused. I 'HAD' allegedly ordered a meat pizza for an individual that I knew was a vegetarian! for the sake of 50 pence, or whatever a frozen cheese and tomato pizza costs I was refused any sort of replacement even though I had offered to collect. Just simply don't go there, customer service is none existent. This is low quality food at its worst.
