I put two items in to be framed at the end of June. The gentleman who served me said that it would take a week before they would be ready, unfortunately I would be going away to work just before that time. He said that he would contact my wife when they were ready to be picked up. I was away for two months and on returning no message had been given that they were ready. I went into the shop and was given the excuse that he hadn't been able to get in touch. However the two items were not ready to be picked up. He gave promises that they would be sent round to my house shortly. They didn't appear. I went in over a week later and the items were still not available to be collected. More promises were given that they would be sent round. Again there was no sign of them. Over a week later I went in to collect myself and was told that they were still not available, but would be sent round as soon as possible. A couple of days later (today) I went in myself and received my framed pieces. The framing was carried out to an acceptable and competent level. However, on inspection i am 99% sure that one of them is not framed as I requested. It is in a modern frame that I would not ask for as it does not go with our house. I'm not going to send the piece back. It has taken too long this time, goodness knows when it would be returned. I have spoken to other folk who have used Mustard Seed to get framing done and they tell me similar tales. Needless to say I will not be using their services in the future.

Proprietor has only one speed - slow. I suspect too he fibs to cover his lack of drive.
