I have had my eyebrows threaded at Muskaan before and have been happy with the shape of my brows and the service. Today however I have returned home after having my eyebrows threaded and am furious. The lady threading my brows has over threaded my left eyebrow to the point that there is now a whole gap in the arch and it is a totally different shape to the right brow, which is not much better. I am now going to have to draw on my eyebrows for the first time in my life. My brows are ruined! 
This place is terrible, absolutely terrible. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

I have been going here for around 8 months. Always manage to see the same Lady who threads my brows, brilliant result every time and never had any issues. Price is very reasonable too

Not only are my brows uneven after being threaded, my eyelash extensions were terribly done and I woke up today with half of them gone even though I only got them yesterday and was told they would last two weeks

Had my brows done today, as she was waxing my eyebrows I was complaining about it hurting more than usual, she said it was fine, when she had finished my eyes was bright red like they had been burnt from hot wax. Wasn’t gentle what so ever. She also brought blood to the surface of my skin. 11 hours after having my eyebrows done they are swollen, still red and sore to touch. Will never be going again. I will also be contacting their head office as I have had a discusting experience!!!

The treatment is very quick and perfect in no time. It's  just walk in, so it's really easy to come in the shop any time. No appointments needed. Liked it.
