Zero stars. Will never be back. My fella went for a gents cut and they've made a right mess of his hair. Messaged and asked the other branch to fix and was told that branch is closed Sundays when it states they're open online. I wouldn't trust them to fix anyway so going elsewhere. He only asked for a simple short back and sides too.

Appalling. Did not listen to what I wanted. Had to go to another hairdresser to try and save my fringe. Will not be returning. If could give it 0star I would.Service:&nbsp;Bang trim

Advertised as open until 6pm, arrive at 5.30pm and it's closed.

Jade is a great hairdresser and nothings to much trouble.  It's so down to earth and all the staff are lovely and helpful.  You get a reminder text,which I thought was great and its all covid secure,so nothing to worry about.  Give it a try if your in the Portlethen area as you won't be disappointed.  Great prices and unlike some other places,won't break the bank in these uncertain times.

Did not have a good experience as the hair dresser on my arrival said no time to bleach hair for highlights although I booked for that in advance for that day. Was disappointed. And she was very confident that highlights will be visible on my dark hair without bleach-so she did it and it was not viable at all! I was told not charged for highlights but to be honest it was a bit of too much to pay £70 for a cut tidy only n blow dry for short hair n all over black dye.

My missus booked a hair appointment for a wedding today, when she arrived she was told no it’s tomorrow. Anyone can make a mistake but rather than trying to help correct the mistake they took joy in turning her away, shows the class of place and people working there.

Been using this Hairdresser for 7 years now, never had a bad experience . All the Staff in the Mens Barber section are lovely, sometimes you'll need to wait but that's expected in a popular, walk in shop.

Enjoyable treat to myself. Left feeling great with my hairstyle.

A great barbers or hairdressers, either book or just walk in. Always friendly staff.

One of the best barbers I've been to in a long time, very up to date with the youth hair styles, staff are very polite and welcoming, would recommend to all ages and gender!
