I asked the hairdresser for long layers as I have thick hair, specifying that I'd like them to be just an inch or 2 above the length of my hair. However, the hairdresser (Becky) ended up giving me very short layers so that when my hair is in its natural state, it looks poofy and exactly like what I didn't want. Additionally, she was extremely rough when combing my hair to the point where it felt like my scalp was being removed with every stroke. Very disappointed and will not be returning.

Excellent hair cutter had my hair coloured which I'm very nervous about and it's beautiful my other half said it's the nicest he has ever seen my hair The staff are all very friendly
