Almost lost the sale of our house because of poor communication. Prinipal dealing with sale and purchase never available to speak to. Some information given was totally wrong and correction never acknowleged. They call you during the lunch hour and when you phone back find out that the office close for lunch. Very frustrating. Two major errors on invoice. First used wrong sale price. Second added estimated cost which when I checked was not necessary. Not sure they read or check anything. All in all a very stressful experience never to be repeated.

Highly recommend, Sara has looked after my purchase when I lived in Hereford and also since moving to London. Always excellent service and pain free conveyencing even when the purchase hasn’t been.

We have used various Solicitors for house conveyancing in the past and we can honestly say that Mundy's has been the best.  Not only are they excellent with correspondence and updating, but they are friendly and welcoming.  Will definitely recommend to anyone who wants an excellent efficient service with a smile.
