MUMS is an established Specialist Consultant led medical practice, based in Solihull, with highly qualified and experienced staff who are dedicated to caring for you and your baby.

MUMS clinic was established in 2003 and is owned by Mr Mike Wyldes MA FRCOG, Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist and is the only private practice offering complete pregnancy or obstetric care from a Consultant level outside of London. Mike is also supported by two Fetal Medicine specalist doctors.

MUMS aims to provide the best possible support for informed choice and treatment for you and your baby's health. All investigations, scans or treatment for pregnancy or gynaecology are performed or overseen by Mike in conjunction with our specialist medical and midwifery staff.

Our Solihull practice provides a bespoke atmosphere of warmth and professionalism combined with privacy to make you feel relaxed and supported. All of our clinical staff have been trained to rigorous standards as laid down by the Fetal Medicine Foundation in London and are regularly audited by the Foundation.

MUMS offers a comprehensive range of ultrasound scans and birth options so whether you choose to have just one scan or our full private are and delivery package, you will be guaranteed to receive one-to-one care and understanding.

We are registered with the Care Quality Commission and ISO9001 Quality Manangement System.

Couldn’t recommend this place enough!!! Dr Predan is a brilliant gynaecologist who did an amazing job doing a coil fitting and did a follow up appointment coming into the clinic just to see me. Lovely environment and wonderful staff. I will be coming here for all future appointments!

Nice environment and professional and friendly staff. Dr Pradhan is a brilliant gynaecologist and takes time to explain everything and make sure your comfortable. Would highly recommend MUMs to anyone.
I went here for a few ultrasounds throughout my pregnancy, including a 6-week early pregnancy scan, reassurance scans, and a 4D scan. We also got the Panorama test and a few PCR tests last summer for travel!. Davide is just amazing at what he does, lovely “bedside manners”. Like many mums, I had anxieties and concerns throughout pregnancy and going to Mums just added that extra reassurance, along with a bit of self-indulgence the 4D scan!. It’s a friendly, professional place, and I feel lucky we live not too far away to have been able to go here for their services.
We have now had 2 foetal scans at MUMS along with a HARMONY blood test. The service is excellent and staff are very welcoming and friendly. Appointments occur on time and partners/spouses are allowed to attend. The quality of the service is so much better than what is currently available in the NHS. We are going to be booking additional scans for reassurance because the quality of the service has been so good. I am a hospital consultant myself and can vouch for the excellent facilities and staff here.
AVOID... Conflict of interest, if you’re looking for a truly private practice. Bobby even attempted to withhold the images taken which is part of the service.
I can’t recommend MUMS enough; all the staff are Very Professional and understanding to any concerns I had and made me feel very at ease. The equipment they offer is of the highest quality and everywhere is extremely clean. I had several early pregnancy scans due to personal reasons, 15 week Gender scan and 4D Scan, all were done with the same outstanding service, all done on time and they took the time at each scan to examine the baby from top to bottom. MUMS offer more than just pregnancy scans too, I had a pregnancy reflexology session and again the staff were highly knowledgeable and professional. Fantastic experience all round I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
The service I had a MUMS is second to none. I was seen really quickly for a concerning ovarian cyst. I had the most wonderful, supportive and understanding consultant discuss the ultrasound scan with me. She was so brilliant and followed up with me despite not needing too the week afterwards and went over and above to get me on a list for a private MRI. I can not recommend them highly enough and would say they were there for me when I needed support the most.
It is my first pregnancy, I was recommended MUMS from a friend as I was a little worried about everything, they took me through for my ultrasound, explained and reassured me that everything was ok, and I heard the little heartbeat , i was 6 weeks. I love how all the staff followed covid procedures to the T. My partner was allowed to go with me and that was the best thing in this very horrible time. I would like to thank this place and would highly recommend to anyone early or far into there pregnancy. Thank you so much for the reassurance and high quality of service provided to me and my partner.
The reception staff were very kind and welcoming and ensured we had all we needed while we waited. I then had a 4D scan at 28 weeks with Dr Davide Casagrande and I can honestly say he is the most kind, reassuring and thorough health professional I have come across during my pregnancy so far. My little one was diagnosed with bilateral talipes and since finding out the pregnancy has been quite a roller coaster, upon my first visit to MUMS, the history of my pregnancy so far was explained to Dr Casagrande and he was just purely amazing. He really helped me feel at ease as I was quite anxious but he was so patient and informative and we left there feeling like a weight had been lifted. He really took his time to ensure all was well with baby's growth etc and got some incredible images. He then ensured he made space to fit us in with himself for another appt 1.5 weeks later to try for 4D images as baby was in the wrong position on this day. We can't thank him enough and I would highly recommend to anyone, especially if you need the extra reassurance and compassionate manner.
