Hmmm mixed reviews. Food lovely but the prices for what you get are absolutely ridiculous! Nearly £14 for 6 not overly large tandoori king prawns! No freebies upon delivery either which surprised me especially spending £40! You'd expect a couple of free poppadoms thrown in ! Partner said his chicken curry was amazing though. Definitely cheaper places out there.
Unfortunately even though we pre ordered hours before our food arrived an hour late. Several calls later it arrived, and was brilliant. Slightly cold but the quality of the food was great. Chicken wings were to die for. The, I believe manager, was very apologetic and kindly said he would sort out bill upon our next order. Unfortunate start, but brilliant food. Looking forward to returning hopefully for a better experience next time :.
Absolute disgrace, rang them as it hadn't turned up, told driver is 5 mins away, kept telling me this for best part of an hour, rang them again to then be told it hadn't been cooked as a new team member hadnt passed our order to the kitchen, I asked what was going to happen to be rudely told, you aren't getting food now then are you, absolutely shocking customer service, I wouldn't use them again if they paid me and gave me all I could eat for life, rude staff, lying staff members,save yourself hassle and use somewhere else
Excellent Indian. Food was exceptional! Excellent flavour, very good value for money. This will become a firm favourite if the next visit is as good as the first!
2 hours after supposed to be delivered, several phone calls telling us it's on the way, to then be told it hadn't actually been cooked!!! 9:30pm and no tea!!! Cheers!!!
I ordered a takeaway tonight,got it home,served the food out only to find what I ordered and paid for "chicken tikka" ceylon was not tikka,just plain chicken,it even had chicken tikka written on the carton. The food was good but felt let down that it wasn't what I had asked and paid for.

Avoid at all costs. They will happily take any order with no plan to be able to deliver. They will then continuously lie in order to deceive and give excuses for why the order has not arrived. No apologies. Just awful.
Got a takeaway as passing through, the food was appalling and when rang them about 10 minutes later they were very rude and couldn't care less...
What a great place, they get hospitality totally correct, I was impressed when we went to have a meal on my fathers birthday, as a party they went the extra mile to get our experience pleasant and enjoyable. Well done team Mumbai lounge
