We are absolutely delighted with the new wood burner Gareth, Jordan and the team installed for us. It looks fantastic and a massive improvement on the previous stove. The knowledge and experience they had in helping us choose the right stove for our home was invaluable. They carried out the work in a very friendly and professional manner, they were very clean and tidy and there was minimal disruption to us. We would not hesitate to recommend Mucker Stoves and would definitely use them again. Richard and Pearl
It's unfortunate that I have to write this review. Unfortunately I couldn't recommend Mucker Stoves. Building Control have refused to sign off on the job due to there being no paper work. I got through and was promised the papers but they didn't come through. I have rang 3 or 4 times and the first call was answered and I was promised the papers last week. The rest of the calls have been ignored and my 4 or 5 direct messages. This is the after sales I have experienced. It's a pity because they are a great bunch of guys who done a fantastic job and I couldn't fault it at all. But now I am stuck listening to building control telling me they will not pass the install. Definitely very disappointed and it's with regret I have to write this review
