Really poor service & worse customer service. Ordered a dining table for Christmas, weeks in advance with plenty of time.....or so I thought. I had a delivery date estimated as week commencing 3rd December and had to chase this week as it didn't turn up. Only to be told on Dec 17th that due to '"logistics" we wouldn't receive the table until 7th Jan 2019. So not only that, my refund will take up to 7 days....... so I now have no table for Christmas, no chance of getting one elsewhere in time & they still have my money! Oh...... they offered me 15% discount for the table to be delivered in the New Year.....pathetic!
Purchased two wall units, one nest of tables and a side unit on 27th Dec. Had lots of trouble getting a delivery date, finally got a date for Friday 8th Feb. Had to chase them for a delivery time which i got on Thursday lunch time after already booking the day off. Was not impressed when told between 4 and 8 could have gone to work.Got a call at 5 on Friday to be told no delivery van had broken down. They could not deliver Saturday, agreed to cancel order and refund on Monday. Had 2 failed atemps through paypal for refund. Told me Friday 8th March would refund direct to my bank account on Monday 11th. Still no sign of my money. Avoid this company.
They only scored 1 star because there isn't am option for zero stars. Ordered bookcase 3 weeks ago. Promised delivery last week. Nothing. Chased. Still nothing. Have now cancelled order and demanded full refund. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY
No Furniture, No Contact and No Refund. I paid for a sideboard on 25/1/19, since then I have had 2 non-deliveries, the promise of a 10% reduction not honoured, 2 Paypal refunds "failed to complete" and absolutely zero contact instigated by MSL. In my opinion they don't even merit a single star.
Kept promising they would deliver on time and then failed. Even though it didnt get put on the lorry the previous day, they didnt tell me until to latest guaranteed delivery date. Their word is worth nothing. Use someone dependable
1st class customer service. Couldn’t have been more helpful. Needed an extending table and wanted 4 different chairs than what was in offer they rang me and gave me what I needed for a great price and the quality was superb . Outstanding company, need a lot more like them.
