They are the only local garage for a parcel drop off and only 1 employee is willing to actually send the parcels for you! Absolutely appalling! I will add that Kerrie is the only member of staff that will actually post parcels. I shouldn't have to call and check any employees shift pattern to use their postal services. Thank you Kerrie!
Shell cards do not work. Points card is scanned. No points on the card. Can't use shell Go rewards either.
Bought what I thought was a meal deal, queried price at the time and offered a receipt. Checked receipt outside shop, went back in straight away to be told 1 item not in meal and could not exchange item once transaction complete. In my opinion, meal deal items not clearly marked and inflexible and unhelpful staff. Will not be returning.
Funny how the price of fuel goes up in increments of 5p but takes such a long time to come down. Petrol retailers especially Shell are ripping the customers off. I'm boycotting Shell from now on!

Great clean service station with plenty of space between pumps. Also has the added benefit of both a Car wash and pressure washer on site.
Misleading pricing on big sign outside. Also shell app won't work. Don't recommend.
The staff there are amazing Great selection of food and drinks Very convenient that there is a bathroom in there There is a Perspex shield between the staff and customer so it seems very safe Always get what I go for and everything is always in stock
