First impressions count for a great deal. I found The staff at Mr Unique in Cheshunt to be polite and courteous, as well as honest. They replaced part of my exhaust, having let me pop in at the end of a friday for inspection before ordering the correct part. It was done quickly when I dropped the car off, and returned to me all fixed. As a bit of a fussy person about vehicle servicing, repairs and maintenance, I was naturally cautious. However, having now received excellent service I would use them again for items I can't / won't do myself. If you're unsure, give them a call or pop in. They seem very welcoming and accommodating.

Fantastic experience from initial phone call to service provided when I arrived. The front desk and mechanic were really friendly and took time to explain issues with car, and importantly provide transparent costs.

Always honest and provide a very good service. Not pushy and there's even a café ajoined to the side if you decide to wait (the fact it is owned by them not lost on me though😁)
