I am writing to express my disappointment following my recent visit to your Sutton Coldfield branch. While I have previously been satisfied with the service at your establishment, my experience on this occasion left me feeling let down by the conduct of the manager, Jay. During my visit, I observed Jay behaving in a manner that was both unprofessional and discourteous. Not only was he rude in his interactions with me as a customer, but I also noticed him displaying the same attitude toward his colleagues. This created an unpleasant atmosphere that I found both uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Furthermore, he appeared to lack initiative and seemed uninterested in overseeing the smooth operation of the service area, which gave the impression of laziness and a lack of commitment to his role. In contrast, I would like to commend one of your fitters, a young man with curly hair, who demonstrated exceptional professionalism and dedication. His polite and efficient manner stood out, and he went above and beyond to ensure the job was completed to a high standard. His efforts were a credit to your team, and I believe he deserves recognition for his hard work. I value good customer service and the reputation of your company, which is why I feel compelled to bring this matter to your attention. I hope that you will take the necessary steps to address this issue and ensure that all members of staff uphold the standards expected of them. Thank you for taking the time to consider my feedback. I would appreciate an acknowledgment of this letter and any updates regarding how this matter will be resolved.

At the same time, I would encourage you to acknowledge the exemplary work of the fitter, who provided a much-needed positive aspect to my experience. Good service, simple, easy and quick. Reasonable priced. Will come back again if need in the future, highly recommend to anyone.
IGNORE THE OLD NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!!! A really fantastic gent called Jay has taken over as manager. GAME CHANGER!!! Polite, efficient, good price, great service. An older gentleman came in and to hear how he dealt with him and his issue was great!!! Thank you so much.
I cannot speak highly of these chaps.I called there today as we had been advised that front 2 tyres not the best.I had booked online and when the guy took wheels off they both said that tyres were in good condition etc and was just changing for nothing. It’s so refreshing to have honest guys and they will 100% be getting mine and the family’s business going forward including my tracking in the next couple days
All done in 15 mins. Tyres had worn off, they gave me simple options and fixed the tyres and I was on my way in 15 mins. Very reasonably priced and with a great turnaround time. Thank you gentlemen.
I visited Mr Tyre this morning to have my tyres checked & possibly changed, as I have an upcoming MOT. Jay & Will couldn't do enough to help me, they went out of their way to check my tyres for me & even gave me a free tread depth gauge. I highly recommend their services to everyone, I shall return whenever I need new tyres. Thanks again for all your help guys - K Sheldon
Freindly and efficienct service. Booked in for 1300 and they were ready to start straight away and had two new tyres fitted pretty quickly, not like some of the bigger tyre places that always have a backlog and keep you waiting ages. I would use Mr Tyre Sutton Coldfield branck without hesitation
Great service, called to check if they had the tyres I needed in stock and they were able to fit me in within the hour! Very knowledgeable and friendly too. Thank you Jay and Will.
