I live in the area and must say their dryer machines are really bad. I believe it’s been under new management for the last years, since 2020 or so. The dryers don’t dry anything. I spent about 30min there only trying to dry one piece of jeans and I still left the premises with the jeans wet. I had to finish drying it at home, on my heater. It seems like they’ve weaken the machines so you need to keep adding more money into it. Shame on you. I’ll never be back.
Avoid at all costs, especially the alteration service. Left a pair of trousers to have one inch added to the waist. Absolutely butchered the material on a beautiful Hugo Boss suit. Didn't taper the seat, and left the waist band ragged. Brought it back and complained. Promised the job would be done correctly. Received it back with an inch taken in, and the fabric dotted with two holes where the "tailor" had nicked it. Their dry cleaning services aren't up to much either.
Dry cleaning a very large, adorned, heavy emerald furry coat! Only €15.
It's posted that they are open till 19:00 and I came at 17:50. I tried to wash my clothes there today but the employee refused me, told that the last load could be done before 17:30. There's no such information on this page either in the store, they say clearly o the sign they're open till 7. But the man was probably lazy enough and wanted to come home earlier. He said that everyone knows about the last load. Sorry, but no one finding you on Google doesn't know that. But now everybody will know to avoid this place because it's really unfriendly and rude. Thanks for letting me with dirty clothes.
They get the job done...mostly...just make sure you don't put anything delicate in. Having no digital payment options is a huge negative. My clothes are being held hostage until I provide them cash bit nuts in 2021! Considering they don't take card, you might think they have a credit/tab system like back in the day! But no, not even that. Seriously come into the modern age your only saving grace is that you're the only launderette in the area
Loved it when I lived near by. Not expensive and always helpful staff and great opening hours. Don't use one now but I always have a good back up if I need it.
Great place, looks a bit dirty when you walk in, but it's very clean. Cheap, staff is very helpful
Not professional at all. One rather not trust in them for his/her luxury item. They damaged my 100% camel wool blanket. Just treated it like an ordinary cheap cloth. Not recommended.
Does a great job and really nice staff
Been here just recently to do some of my laundry. Very nice and helpful staff and reasonable prices. Can recommend.
