The momos were just not okay. Sushi tasted just okay. The katsu chicken was way too hard and rubbery. The gravy was decent. Teriyaki was decent. Rice tasted good!
I have never been to their location when they had one, so cant comment on inhouse service. I only ever use them on delivery apps. So far I have found the sushi to be really good, if i want decent shushi they are my go to. Fairly decently priced, quick to deliver and they never get my order wrong so far. Not tried hot food though. All in all I guess I'm lucky compared to some other reviews here.
If you get over the shoddy interior and the the slow service, it's not too bad. The Sushi was good, although I can only comment on the vegetarian selection. I agree with others that the mandatory service charge is a little unnecessary, especially as I would have probably given better than 10% as a tip; I didn't give any more out of principal though.
Very very good food, especially the salmon and tuna! Melted in your mouth. Was quite quick too. Although the service wasn't bad, it wasn't good either. If the waitress had maybe a bit more emotion, this would be 5 stars.
I ordered delivery and the spicy salmon roll came tasteless , looks like the spicy sauce is completely missing, and the rice also isn’t good. Quite overpriced for what it has to offer.
Some of the item was uncooked, the soup without taste , I couldn’t enjoy my order, I spend 68 £ on this order and nothing good , Last time when I made the order it was ok , but now it was horrible, I will never order again As you can see from the photo we didn’t eat that much !
I hope there’s no one in Japan whose surname is “Sushi”, otherwise all male with this surname should be embarrassed to death. In the past I have a firm belief that “everything exist for a reason”, now I find an exception, Mr Sushi is a legend that breaks this law. Luckily now we have TikTok, Mr Sushi may have found a new reason for existence, since it should be a popular TikTok challenge idea for inedible food?.
*DONT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT I’ve ordered 4 items form this restaurant only 2 of them are alright. FIRST OF ALL THE MEAT OF THE UDON WAS DRY LIKE DESERT,SECOND THE CHICKEN KATSU WAS NOT APPETISING AT ALL!!! THE CHICKEN IS THINK LIKE PAPER AND I ALSO FOUND SOME ONION ARE OFF IN THE RICE.
Nice staff. Great menu selection. Serving size were just right. It was quiet so food didn't take long to be served. Reasonable price and authentic experience compared to overpriced yo sushi franchise. Try it for yourself! I recommend it!
All in All the sushi is very good with a lot of variety, but for Harrow on the Hill one could also say it is a bit steep, hence you'd expect a good service, not one where you have to test your patience with the staff.
