I went to the pretzel stand at metro centre and ordered plain pretzel sticks. Zoltan told me it would take 4 minutes. When they were ready he covered them in cinnamon when I asked for plain ones . I was waiting 25 minutes all together. As I was at the till he was talking the food from the display and placed it behind the microwave ( clearly had been there all day) a couple came and asked for pretzels and he handed them the ones which were previously on the display. When my pretzel sticks were done they weren't even cooked and still dough. My boyfriend took them back and he then continues to say they don't usually make pretzel sticks this time of night and that is why they weren't right which is disgusting if you pay for something that is what you should get. It half cooked bits of dough and on top of that they didn't close for another hour. My boyfriend also mentioned the fact he had sold customers food from the display and he denied it. If he had of told me they didn't make pretzel sticks that time I would have happily bought something else. I will never be going back to the stall again his customer service was absolutely appalling and the two staff couldn't understand what I was saying and I had to keep repeating myself.
