Cinnamon and sugar Pretzels bites was delicious. I was charged 5p for the bag, which was usually free. Its not even carrier bag. Just the square paper that you have to chuck out after anyways. Talking about greedyness and waste. Why dont you increase the price buy 5p instead of paying 5p for the bag Will not buy again unless I have my own bag.
Pretzels are really good but the service really destroys the experience. When ordering I was asked if it was to take away...it is just a food counter, there is no seats to enjoy your food at, so I said yes confused and they tried to charge me 40p more than the advertised price for the pretzel? I asked for clarification on the price and she said that because I was taking away I needed a bag and there's a charge for that? I thought this was quite a deceptive way to trick people in to paying for bags that they do not need. I told them I was eating the food right away and as there are no seats obviously I'm taking away, and to remove the carrier bag charge. You do not need to be deceptive here - ask if people want a bag or not. It is not difficult. You should also be clear that customers are entitled to a single use carrier such as the small one provided when purchasing their pretzel for free due to the exemption within the law for unpackaged food such as bakery items - the full list of exemptions can be found on the governments Zero Waste Scotland website. Stop trying to con people in to buying 40p bags they do not need to boost your sales.
£10 for two pretzells??!! I bought only to satisfy the cravings of my wife and child, but I promise I won't buy again. Is the base composition somehow saffron?Food: 3/5
One of the memories I have had growing up in Glasgow was going through Buchanan Galleries and then seeing the staff offer free pretzel samples. I hope they still do that since it always made my day no matter what I was going through. When my partner and I were visiting Glasgow, we came here and I ordered cinnamon and sugar it was delicious, it's very soft and crunchy and it's just the right amount of sweetness. I loved tearing it apart with my fingers and enjoying the freshly baked pretzels. There aren't seats nearby but there's a set of stairs by the entrance that is nice to watch the world go by as I consume the bakery goods.

I've been going here for the last 8 years of my life, ordering either the cinnamon and sugar pretzel or the chocolate sauce one, they are one of the best, most delicious snacks in town. Unfortunately however the customer service is utterly appalling, I went to order some pretzel bites but there were none left, this was alright I thought I'll just get a normal pretzel. No. The worker picked up her phone and ignored me for 2 minutes before telling us the shop was closed at 2pm 4 hours before it was meant to close. I then went to Gregg's out of spite, and as I walked out I saw her cooking more pretzels despite being "closed". I'm not sure if I'm going to even bother attempting to buy another pretzel in the future and might just stick to the trustworthy brands such as Gregg's and Subway.

I came at 4pm, asked for cinnamon and sugar sticks. Got offered bites even though I wanted the sticks. Their reasoning was they ran out of it because of time, even though I saw them making them on a different day.
I always ordered cinnamon and sugar, and it is very delicious. But this time I tried sesame with salt and I like it more. Definitely, I will order again. I recommend tried sesame and cinnamon one.
No vegan pretzels left - disappointing that the sign displaying them wasn't taken down - or that 'sold out' wasn't displayed across it. Woman at the counter very rude when asking about them. My partner has stated she has also been rude to her in the past. Not great. Won't be back.
