I've been a customer for many years but recently it's gone massively downhill... much slower than they used to be and the crumpled up sign saying 'sorry for delays due to lack of staff' is now so old it's almost unreadable.

Three times in a row I've ordered a curry with chicken tikka in it (and is more expensive) and every time it turns up with 'chicken tikka....' written on the lid but does not contain chicken tikka. The curries they're turning out don't resemble any of the descriptions on the menu anymore and it feels like they're just taking the piss now.

Worst curry ever swimming in oil lamb chicken hard checked prices online when delivered 30% more. Seemed to have chef as the curry are nothing like last time I ordered will not be going back

Hair in food gave them the benefit of the doubt & ordered again but again!! Hair in my food.
Disgusting!! Wouldn't go anywhere near there.
1 star is simply to post this I wouldn't give mr India a star at all.
Bombay spice on the high street is clean with great food & service
